Underwhelming room experience, but the environment was pretty great. Liked: The location was nice and the outdoor activities were great! Disliked: Our room was incredibly dirty, clumps of hair in our bathtub, dog hair in the couches, microwave still had 15 seconds left on it as if someone recently used it, sink was gross and bed sheets were poorly redone.

We enjoyed it. Liked: Liked the three pools, but wish one was a little deeper. We also liked the marketplace. Disliked: The check in was a little dicey. Apparently the room wasn't reserved on their end even though it was already paid for. They made me feel like we didn't have a place to stay at first.
